WGCK is built around local congregations led by pastors and councils of elders, ensuring sound doctrine, spiritual growth, and mission outreach at the community level.
Developed churches are established congregations led by a reverend and elders with 50 or more members, each a hub of discipleship, worship, and service to the wider community.
Membership is open to all who confess faith in Jesus Christ and commit to growing as part of a local WGCK congregation.
